We are excited you have chosen to exhibit in our show and look forward to a busy, energetic and informative event LIVE and ONLINE!
To make this show as successful and trouble-free as possible, we are providing the following resources:
Download the NEW Exhibitor To-Do List!
Exhibitor Portal by A2Z: this online tool allows you to update your company description, add a logo, submit Show Specials, and upload press releases and sales materials. Information from your exhibitor profile will be included in the mobile app, on tramarketplace.com and in the printed program and directory. Deadline for completion will be: July 13, 2020
SWAG Bag Information: Want to provide your promo materials to TRA's fulfillment center? We will send our attendees a swag "bag" with them in it! Download the fulfillment center form here.
Exhibitor Brand Experience Sessions: The schedule is being created now and you will receive your timeslot shortly! What do we need from you? A prerecorded demonstration (video file). If you don't already have one, contact the TRA Marketplace Team for assistance. We have an in-house video editor that can put something simple together for you.
Need some ideas? You can make the video commercial-style or presentation-style.
(Not needed for 2020!) Exhibitor Services Manual by GES: this online resource includes links to order carpet, electric, booth furnishings, etc. It also has all of the forms and information you need.
(Not needed for 2020!) Privately Owned Vehicles: We understand that not all of our TRA Marketplace exhibitors require standard material handling services, therefore, we have made accommodations if you are utilizing your privately owned vehicle (POV) under special circumstances. Read more
